Today’s post is probably one of my favorites. I am obsessed with all black but currently loving the draped front top paired with a skinny pant for a night on the town. With temperatures relatively cool here in L.A this is a great look that is comfortable, warm but still full of sex appeal. I love showing a little skin but I always keep it coy…nobody deserves to see all the goods at the same time!
The weather in LA keeps toying my mind- and wardrobe. It’s warm during the day and freezing at night, or freezing all day and night and this weekend and Monday it’s going back up the 80′s. I guess I shouldn’t complain but ever since starting up the blog again I’ve been dying to some Fall/Winter looks! I guess finish school took that away from me…which I’m okay with!
A quick update…I am officially done with graduate school! I just recieved my Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage & Family Therapy. 2 years of brutal hard work, life changing experiences and a lot of self-exploration but I did it! The past two months have been brutal with finals, papers and just delving deep into my practicum where I see clients and fashion was the last thing on my mind. But now that it’s done and I just see client’s, I can focus on blogging again!
Today’s post is all pink and pretty! I fell in love this shirt the minute I saw it, and I’m usually an ALL BLACK kind of girl, so this was a step up for me.
I know that sweats aren’t necessarily meant to be worn outside, let alone with heels, but today I broke the rules. I won’t lie, I felt pretty liberated as this style is so out of my comfort zone. I was lucky enough to snag these amazing heels from Shoedazzle which shockingly worked perfectly with this look.
I’m sorry I fell off the blogosphere but with summer ending, my final semester of graduate school beginning and starting my traineeship and seeing clients, blogging has taken a back seat. But today, I felt inspired thanks to Shoedazzle sending me these gorgeous oxblood pumps with embellished details.
The weather here in Los Angeles is still sunny and bright but I am feeling the fall color palette already, hence my wine based outfit. I apologize for the not so create images, but I didn’t have time to scour a location and thankfully my mother was a doll today taking my pictures.
I am such a sucker for high-waisted shorts and pumps together. I think it just adds a little bit of edge to such a chic sheek combo. Naturally, a pop of color has been a staple for me lately and these pink shorts have been one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe for the past few months. I was happy to finally snap a quick pick on my iphone wearing them, so i apologize for the very below average pictures!
I’m not going to be one of those bloggers and make posts about Fall quickly approaching, because to be honest, it’s still 89 degrees here in California and to be perfectly frank, I’m not going to smother myself in cashmere and pretend I’m actually wearing Fall attire just to blog about it. So, in the meantime, I hope you all enjoy my summery outfits still because I am surely still enjoying the summer weather!
I’m looking forward to a lot of new projects coming and brand partnerships, so tune in for a big shift with my posts and a lot more fun!

Today’s outfit was inspired by the seventies with a little rock n’ roll. I love to mix up bohemian prints with leather and edgy details which is why the booties I’m wearing worked perfectly for this look. I’ve never really found a pair of black booties that I had to have, but these Shoedazzle ones just shouted at me. This blazer’s print truly inspires me so much, it has a nice bohemian feel but also a unique ethnic feel which is why I love it so much.
I tried something a little different today: palazzo pants. Normally I always feel like a clown when I wear them, but something about the print of these intrigued me. I figured, why not. I paired the pants with a turtleneck crop top because I feel it added a little bit of a vintage feel.

I’m such a sucker for color. When I received this skirt and top I originally wanted to wear it as separates but then I put them together and fell in love with the boldness of it. It’s definitely a very bold outfit for me, but it was so much fun to shoot this look. I’m starting to think my love for all black is fading…just a little.
