Happy Monday everyone! Today won’t be a personal style post because the past week and half I have been non-stop slaving away working on the final touches for my online store Private Cartel. I started this store six months with my friend and back then it was just an idea. An idea I always wanted to make happen, however, with my Internship and seeing a full load of clients and full-time blogging again, I wasn’t sure I would be able to deliver.
Today, I am proud to say that I have made an idea a reality. I have worked non-stop and full-time with this store with a very minimal budget. All photograph and photo editing was done by my partner and I and we designed the website as well. It took us hours every day to scramble, and right now, it may not be perfect, but it’s something I am so proud of.
Private Cartel caters to both MEN & WOMEN, so there is something for everyone!
Please go visit Private Cartel and as a gift for following the blog use the promo code PCLFM10 for 10% off your total purchase!
Below are some items I’ve posted on my Instagram wearing items from the store!
Once again, THANK YOU all for your continuous support. I really wouldn’t be where I am without you.
I had a completely amazing fairy-tale moment two weekends ago. It was yet another wedding of a dear friend and it was magical. So much love between them and I definitely can say, I have never seen such love between two people. Congrats Jennifer & Alex!
Today’s post is a two-fer…an outfit post and a post on how to get the most delicious and flawless spray tan. Thank you to Spray LA for making my skin look amazing. I truly felt beautiful all week! For those who know me, I don’t do spray tans…I’m always scared of getting patches, stripes or looking like an Ooompa Loompa. Spray LA took my fears and turned them into distant memories when I visited their amazing salon in Glendale. Ani was so welcoming and kind and helped me prep the night before with her excellent tips (i’ll share below). So once again, thank you Spray LA! Check them out here.
Tips for the PERFECT sunless tan:
Before your spray tan:
1. Prep your skin by shaving or waxing a day prior to your appointment.
2. Exfoliate really well paying close attention to the rough skin on your heels, elbows, and knees.
3. Come to your spray tan appointment with clean skin- no lotion, oils ,or deodorant.
4. We recommend getting any nail service before your spray tan.
It’s best to wait at least 8-10 hours after your spray tan before your next shower. It usually takes that much time for the spray tan to settle in.
Maintaining your spray tan:
1. Minimize any physical activity, swimming, and especially the jacuzzi and any hot bath while you have your spray tan on.
I rented this gorgeous Badgley Mischka dress from Rent the Runway (I didn’t have time to go and look for anything, so this site save my butt!). I paired it with a leather jacket for an edgier vibe (I can’t go full glam!) and a dark red lip cream called Simply Vamp “Aphrodisiac” from NYX Cosmetics (get it here).
Hey y’all! I hope you’re all having a fantastic week. I’ve been fighting a cold for the past few days however it’s not stopping me from getting today’s post up! Today’s look is easy breezy. You’ve seen my love for the color camel over the past months but it’s a color I can’t seem to get enough of. It’s a really classic hue that flatters every skin tone and goes well with practically every color. Don’t be scared to try it, I promise you’ll love it just as much! Oh, and be sure to follow me on Instagram for daily photos: @LeFashnMonster
So it’s after Labor Day and I’m totally wearing white. But guess what…I love white and will never let old “fashion rules” stop me from wearing what I want. My blog isn’t about what you should wear and I’m not here to teach you or anyone the rules of fashion because the way we dress is how we feel. Some days I’m feeling bright and happy so I gravitate toward black and a neutral, some days I’m feeling girly so I lean toward pastels or any shade of pink, and when I’m feeling strong and sexy, I throw on something red. Whatever you feel, we subconsciously decide what we want to wear. We gravitate toward to styles and hues that make us feel a certain way. This blush coat from Daily Look has been my “romantic” mood. Not that I’m doing anything remotely romantic but I’m definitely feeling the Holiday spirit and to me that means love. Loving my friends and family, and most importantly, myself.
Romance is on my mind since the holidays just bring out the mushy parts in me, but I make my own romance by wearing it. Anyhow, I’ll stop rambling. Enjoy the post!

I haven’t worn a dress in quite a while, and to be honest, this is actually a vest. I’ve been all about casual cool vibes lately but instead of wearing this oversized vest as a…vest, I threw on a belt and wore it as a dress. I also threw on my NARS “Cruella” lip crayon which is the perfect red! It’s bold, rich and flatters every skin tone. Red is always a fun color to wear, it definitely makes me feel like I don’t have to accessorize too much. Kiss kiss bang bang!
Gray, grey…however you spell it shouldn’t matter, just wear it! Gray is a color that is timeless, and with it being “shades of gray” being one of the season’s hottest trends, today’s post is just that. I layered a bunch of different gray tones to create a really unique look. Fun and edgy jackets are always in style and with this years Motorcycle trend coming in full force, this gray motorcycle jacket is the perfect Fall/Winter staple. Below I’ll share some of my favorites after the “shop the post” section :).
Unfortunately for some (me) and fortunate for others (probably everyone else living here), Fall weather seems to be non-existent still. With the weather still being in the 80’s it really still feels like Summer. Personally, it’s not stopping me from breaking out my light Fall clothes. Today’s post is just that…light Fall wear for those of us not able to layer and wear the season’s trends with comfort and ease. I know I sound crazy for complaining, but I’m a winter baby. Cold weather, fireplaces and layering are some of my favorite things.
