I’ve been on the hunt for unique and comfortable leggings that don’t break the bank and that don’t “look” like leggings. Thankfully my search is over and I am excited to share with you this brand that will give you legging heaven! Evleo is a brand that is fast-growing and one of my personal favorites. Their leggings are so chic and comfortable and reasonably priced. Definitely check them out, you’ll thank me later.
My personal favorite are these white snakeskin beauties! You’ll see a lot of posts with them, I don’t think I can take them off!
P.S I’ve teamed up with Evleo to giveaway 2 tickets to Coachella (Weekend 2). Wednesday’s post will have the contest details! So exciting!
I’m not usually one to wear too much color, so going all in on one color was a risk for me! I will admit that I absolutely love this color and this style. Two piece looks I love to wear but sometimes finding pieces that just work well is hard, luckily this set from AMI CLUBWEAR came together and fit like a glove!
I know that sweats aren’t necessarily meant to be worn outside, let alone with heels, but today I broke the rules. I won’t lie, I felt pretty liberated as this style is so out of my comfort zone. I was lucky enough to snag these amazing heels from Shoedazzle which shockingly worked perfectly with this look.
Today’s outfit was inspired by the seventies with a little rock n’ roll. I love to mix up bohemian prints with leather and edgy details which is why the booties I’m wearing worked perfectly for this look. I’ve never really found a pair of black booties that I had to have, but these Shoedazzle ones just shouted at me. This blazer’s print truly inspires me so much, it has a nice bohemian feel but also a unique ethnic feel which is why I love it so much.
I tried something a little different today: palazzo pants. Normally I always feel like a clown when I wear them, but something about the print of these intrigued me. I figured, why not. I paired the pants with a turtleneck crop top because I feel it added a little bit of a vintage feel.
Pants: c/o Blush Boutique, Top: Foreign Exchange, Shoes: Saint Laurent, Sunnies: Tobi (get them here).
Summer is almost over so I’ve found myself leaning toward fall fabrics, like leather. This leather skirt has been in my closet waiting for me to wear it again. The only reason I don’t wear it too often is because the boyfriend hates it. I’m so in love with the crop top/pencil skirt trend, I just had to do it for today’s post!
I’m still on the hunt for the perfect LWD (Little White Dress) but I’m completely in love with ivory. Until I can lay out and get some color too, Ivory gives my complexion a little color, so I’m not too sad I haven’t come across my LWD yet. I love the simplicity of the tunic and it’s one of the most comfortable items I own. It’s light and easy and can be worn with a basic ballet flat, or a fun lace up bootie like the one’s in today’s post.
Oh, and want to hear something amazing? I’M DONE WITH SCHOOL TODAY! Well…I have to go kick my psychopharmacology final at 3 pm first, but then…a whole month off- from school. I started work this month at the counseling center and I’m looking forward to finishing my training and seeing some clients. Once I start, the mini dresses and crop tops might be scarce on the blog! But don’t you worry, I’ll still add some edge to my more polished looks. In the meantime, I’m going to post as much as I can.
I’m sure y’all have noticed that pink has been one of my go-to colors this season. Today’s post is no exception. When I first received this dress, I fell out of my chair. Three reasons why: 1. It’s pink! (duh), 2. I love the unique sweetheart top and off shoulder details, 3. It fit like a fairy tale.
This particular dress and color really had me feeling like a real-life Barbie. So, I just owned it. Nothing wrong with a little pretend, right?
My fellow blogger babe, Sazan Barzani and I were in the middle of creating a Cinderella moment for me when we were told we weren’t allowed to take pictures. Le sigh. But alas, here are our pics!
This weekend I went to my boyfriend’s step dad’s daughter’s wedding and it was such a blast! Funny thing is, I had nothing to wear until the morning OF the wedding. Leave it to men to tell you ONE week in advance (I started work last week and have finals). Regardless, I had the best time dancing, drinking and eating. My favorite part of the wedding was seeing my boyfriend all dressed up!
With black and white being a major trend this spring/summer, I felt this dress was ideal. It was still classic with a nice edgy twist. Of course, to add more of my personality, I had to wear these lace up heels to complete the look.
