There is nothing more comfortable and cozy than an off-shoulder oversized sweater dress. This gray sweater dress is from Missguided and it’s become and instant favorite. It’s soft, fits perfectly, and makes me feel like I’m bundled up :). I wore this cozy little number for a coffee run with my friend at my new favorite coffee spot; Alfred Coffee in Los Angeles.
Although the over-the-knee boots may be much to some, you can pair this gray sweater dress with a pair of cute flats or ankle booties…or if you really want to dress it up, a sexy black or nude pump! I’m a sucker for all things cozy and this outfit is exactly that! Now…where’s my hot cocoa??
TGIF!!! Right? What a week it’s been. But, of course, I’m so grateful no matter what obstacles come my way. I hope you all are excited for the weekend!
One of my favorite staples in my wardrobe is denim. You can never have too much! I have been on the hunt looking for a light-washed distressed denim and stumbled upon these gorgeous and super comfortable ones from DSTLD (get these babies here). The best part…they were under $100! Distressed denim is a transitional denim, they work no matter what season you’re in and they add a fun little edge to a casual look.
I paired these ripped mid-rise cigarette cut jeans with a sheer blouse and a camel coat, and to top it off, I wore the “Le Fashion Monster” necklace from my online store Private Cartel (get it here). Distressed denim is my go-to as of late, I’ve learned to appreciate the fun distressed denim has to offer and sometime’s I want to feel like a “bad ass”.

Cozy. Cozy may be one of my favorite words. When I think of the word I think about being bundled up, snuggled next to my dog, sipping a warm drink and just being in the moment. I know this is an unusual pairing but I love mixing unique items together and creating a fun look. This oversized knit with my favorite fringe skirt is a fun look for me. It’s playful but still relatively casual.
One of my goals for 2015 is to wear less make up, dress more casually and to be comfortable. I have a lot of other personal goals that I’ll share in a different post. But one thing for sure is I am going to start my YouTube channel (you can subscribe here). I’m shooting some fun videos this Friday including tutorials on how to get voluminous curls and put on fake eyelashes. I’m excited to venture into the world of video and hope you guys enjoy the videos to come.
I thank you all for your continuous support. You guys have helped me better myself and reach goals I never thought I could reach. Cheers to more “cozy” in our lives!

One of my favorite hue’s to wear is any shade of gray. These gray skinny jeans from DSTLD are awesome (get them here). They fit perfectly and are super soft, they almost feel like leggings. Good denim is hard to find so I’m excited to share this find with you guys! These gray skinny jeans along with all their denim is under $100, score!
I paired my gray skinny jeans with black because it’s a color combination I live by. Gray is one of those colors that can blend well with so many others. It’s a great transitional hue and works season after season.
On another note, I am starting my YouTube channel. Please subscribe here! I will have videos on fashion, beauty/hair and general lifestyle. I can’t wait to share with you some fun videos. Please e-mail or comment below with what you’d like to see on there.
There is something about pink I just love; it’s girly, it’s cute, and it makes me want to just have fun! This pink turtleneck is from Lioness and I am obsessed!! I love how soft the material is and all I’m doing as I type this in this pink turtleneck is cozying up to a warm cup of coffee. There is nothing like a good cuddle-worthy knit
I love pairing pink with neutrals, like camel, black, gray and of course, white. It definitely adds a nice pop. Pink can be an overwhelming color but it’s important to balance it with something a little less eye-catching. I paired my pink turtleneck with my nude pumps to keep the rest of the outfit simple.
I hope you all had amazing Hannukah/Christmas. It’s been so hectic that I haven’t had a chance to post much, so for that I’m sorry. But, good news , I got a new camera and I can’t wait to share new outfit posts with you all. I’ll also be delving into beauty/lifestyle so please feel free to let me know what you’d like to see on the blog! On to today’s post…
As I mentioned before, I had the pleasure of working with an incredible photographer, Leyna, of Yellow Heart Photography. Her vision and talent always inspire me and together we shot a series of editorial style content. I am honored to share them with you! You can see the first set here.
We went to Solstice Canyon for this shoot and the scenery was incredibly beautiful. There is something glamorous about nature. It seems that nowadays we take the Earth for granted, so being able to be one with nature and truly appreciate it was a great experience. Remember to always take a moment and embrace your surrounds, the world is an incredible place.
There is one print I either love, or really dislike: camouflage. Sometime’s I think it can be so effortlessly chic, the other times I can’t tolerate it. Regardless, the days I love it, I rock it. I guess that’s what happens with all of us right? What are some trends you have a love/hate relationship with?
Camouflage can be a great statement print. Today’s look I wear it on my pants. Another way I love to wear camouflage is in a t-shirt. Grab a pair of olive skinnies and throw the camouflage t-shirt on with a pair of nude pumps and you’re ready to go. With pants, I kept the top very neutral with black. Black is my favorite color to wear and I always try to incorporate it into every outfit I wear.
